About 8 years ago, another physio told me I needed to give up the little running that I did. Last year I did the City to Surf, 3 months ago, I finished Rafferty's 35km trail run, and I just signed up for the UTA 50. An essential part of getting to where I am was the complete Healthfix programme that included remedial physio and massage, weight training focussed on injury prevention, and a load based running schedule.
